This week, Foster + Partners and the City of Cardiff revealed their master plan for the city’s Central Square. This massive effort seeks to add nearly one million square feet of newly built apartments, commercial space, retail, and offices at the periphery of a grand public plaza. The Millennium Walkway will serve as a main artery between Central Square and the stadium, equipped with the necessary space to handle large crowds both before and after high profile games and events.
