Greenbaum House, a student residence designed by New York City-based Architectural Research Office (ARO), has opened on the campus of Tulane University. The new student residences are expected to achieve LEED Gold status and are designed to cultivate spaces suited for individuals, small groups, and larger gatherings. The red brick walls reference the surrounding buildings and create texture on the facade. Pre-weathered zinc panels line the courtyard, adding definition to it as an exterior area set apart from the rest of the structure.
